How Front Talent FZCO handles the information you share with us on this website.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. If you use the form on our contact page, we collect the details you enter: name, organisation, work email, phone number and your message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service, which emails your enquiry to our inbox.
  • Optional analytics. If you accept cookies, we may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) through analytics tools such as Google Analytics. If you decline, no analytics run.

We do not collect special-category data through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics, only with consent).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

The site sets no analytics or marketing cookies unless you click Accept on the cookie banner. One small item is stored in your browser to remember your choice. If analytics are enabled after consent, their cookies are described in the relevant provider's policy (e.g. Google Analytics). You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing

Form submissions are relayed by Web3Forms on our behalf. If we enable analytics, usage data is processed by that provider (e.g. Google). We share personal data with no one else, unless required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, then delete it. Analytics data is retained per the provider's standard retention settings.

Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to or restrict its processing. Email info@fronttalent.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
